Promotional Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in promotional offers provided by Freename AG ("Freename", "we", "our"). By participating in the promotions described below, you ("Customer", "Participant", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. PROMO 1 – FALL65 PROMOTION: UP TO 65% OFF WEB3 ASSETS

By applying the FALL65 coupon at checkout, customers receive up to 65% OFF all eligible Web3 assets, including Web3 Domains, TLDs, Royalties, and Reseller Tools. The discount rate depends on how many Web3 TLDs are in the cart. There is no minimum spend.

1.1. Discount & Eligibility

1.1.1. Customers receive up to 65% OFF all eligible Web3 products. The rate is set by the number of Web3 TLDs in the cart: one TLD is 40% OFF, two TLDs are 50% OFF, and three or more TLDs are 65% OFF. No minimum spend is required.

1.1.2. Web3 second-level domains are 50% OFF, rising to 65% OFF when the cart holds three or more Web3 TLDs. Only Web3 TLDs count toward that number.

1.1.3. Eligible products are Web3 Domains, TLDs, Royalties, and Reseller Tools. Web2 domains are excluded and do not count toward the number of Web3 TLDs.

1.1.4. The discount applies to new purchases only. It does not apply to renewals or to existing or previously placed orders.

1.1.5. The promotion begins on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at 00:00 UTC and runs until September 15, 2026, 23:59 UTC. Purchases completed outside this period are not eligible.

1.2. Terms & Conditions

1.2.1. The FALL65 coupon is automatically applied at checkout. If it is not applied automatically, the code can be entered manually. No minimum spend is required.

1.2.2. The discount applies to eligible Web3 products in the cart, including Web3 Domains, TLDs, Royalties, and Reseller Tools. Web2 domains are excluded.

1.2.3. The promotion cannot be combined with other coupons, discounts, or special offers unless explicitly stated by Freename.

1.3. Changes and Abuse

1.3.1. Freename may extend the Promotion Period at its sole discretion. Freename may modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion before the end of the Promotion Period only for legal, technical, security, fraud-prevention, or manifest-error reasons. Any such change will apply prospectively only and will not affect qualifying purchases initiated before the change is published, unless the user has engaged in fraud or abuse.

1.3.2. Freename may withhold or revoke discounts, deactivate coupon codes, or exclude a user from the promotion where it reasonably determines that the user has provided false information, used multiple accounts to circumvent the promotion rules, used prohibited automated means, engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, or otherwise materially breached these Terms.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1. These promotions are time-limited. Freename may specify start and end dates separately on its website or marketing communications.

2.2. Participation in these promotions is subject to Freename's General Terms of Service and Domain Registration Policies.

2.3. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and other Freename policies, these promotional Terms shall prevail with respect to the offers described herein.

2.4. Personal data provided in connection with these promotions is processed in accordance with Freename's Privacy Policy.

2.5. Governing law and jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
