Promotional Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in promotional offers provided by Freename AG ("Freename", "we", "our"). By participating in the promotions described below, you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. PROMO 1 – SPRING50 PROMOTION: 50% OFF WEB3 ASSETS + FREE WEB3 DOMAINS

By applying the SPRING50 coupon at checkout, customers can unlock exclusive discounts on eligible Web3 assets, including Web3 Domains, TLDs, Royalties, and Reseller Tools, along with free Web3 domain registrations.

1.1. Discount & Eligibility Threshold

1.1.1. If the cart value of eligible Web3 assets reaches at least USD 500, the customer will receive 50% OFF all eligible Web3 products and two (2) free Web3 domains.

1.1.2. The threshold is based on the total value of eligible Web3 products added to the cart, and not on the final amount paid after discounts.

1.1.3. The promotion begins on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 00:00 UTC and runs until April 30, 2026, 23:59 UTC. Purchases completed outside this period are not eligible.

1.2. Free Web3 Domain Restrictions

1.2.1. Free Web3 domains are limited exclusively to .sat and .token TLDs.

1.2.2. Only one (1) .sat domain and one (1) .token domain may be redeemed for free per transaction.

1.2.3. Each free Web3 domain has a maximum value of USD 15.

1.2.4. Free Web3 domains must be added directly to the cart during checkout. Customers who did not add them at checkout can redeem their free domains afterward by contacting support on the website or at support@freename.com.

1.3. Terms & Conditions

1.3.1. The SPRING50 coupon is automatically applied at checkout when the customer's cart meets the minimum spend threshold of USD 500 in eligible Web3 products.

1.3.2. The discount applies to eligible Web3 products in the cart, including Web3 Domains, TLDs, Royalties, and Reseller Tools. Web2 domains are excluded.

1.3.3. The promotion cannot be combined with other coupons, discounts, or special offers unless explicitly stated by Freename.

1.4. Changes and Abuse

1.4.1. Freename may modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion before the end of the Promotion Period only for legal, technical, security, fraud-prevention, or manifest-error reasons. Any such change will apply prospectively only and will not affect qualifying purchases initiated before the change is published, unless the user has engaged in fraud or abuse.

1.4.2. Freename may withhold or revoke discounts, deactivate coupon codes, rescind free domain allocations, or exclude a user from the promotion where it reasonably determines that the user has provided false information, used multiple accounts to circumvent the promotion rules, used prohibited automated means, engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, or otherwise materially breached these Terms.

2. PROMO 2 – TRANSFER YOUR WEB3 DOMAIN: $1 CREDIT PER TRANSFER + 65% DISCOUNT

By transferring eligible Web3 domains to Freename, customers can earn transfer credits and unlock a limited-time discount on Freename Web3 products. As referenced in Freename marketing materials: "Earn up to $1,000 in credit and unlock 65% off on Web3 products." Full terms governing this offer are set out below.

2.1. Eligibility

2.1.1. This promotion is available to any user, whether existing or newly registered, who holds a Freename account and transfers one or more eligible third-party Web3 domains to the Freename platform.

2.1.2. Only Web3 domains originally minted on third-party platforms that are technically supported by Freename for transfer at the time the user initiates the transfer request during the Promotion Period are eligible. Domains minted on Freename do not qualify. Eligibility will be determined based on Freename's transfer support status as it exists at the time the transfer request is initiated, and any later changes will not affect transfers already initiated.

2.1.3. The promotion begins on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 6:00 PM CET and runs until April 30, 2026, 23:59 UTC. Transfers completed outside this period are not eligible.

2.2. Transfer Credits

2.2.1. For each eligible domain successfully transferred, the transferring user will receive $1.00 USD in Freename account credits.

2.2.2. Credits are capped at a maximum of $1,000.00 USD per user. Once a user has transferred 1,000 eligible domains and received the corresponding $1,000.00 in credits, no additional credits will be issued for further transfers, regardless of the number of additional domains transferred.

2.2.3. Credits may take up to seven (7) calendar days to appear in the user's Freename account following a successful transfer.

2.2.4. This campaign's credits expire thirty (30) calendar days after being successfully assigned to the user's account.

2.2.5. This campaign's credits may only be applied toward the purchase of Web3 Domains and Web3 Top-Level Domains (TLDs) on the Freename platform. Credits may not be used for Web2 domains, renewals, or any other products or services.

2.2.6. This campaign's credits hold no cash value and are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for currency or any other form of compensation.

2.3. 65% Discount Coupon

2.3.1. Each eligible user will receive a unique coupon code via email within up to 72 hours, granting a 65% discount on eligible Freename Web3 products.

2.3.2. The coupon is valid until April 30, 2026, 23:59 UTC, commencing from the moment the coupon email is delivered to the user.

2.3.3. The coupon applies exclusively to Web3 Domains and Web3 Top-Level Domains (TLDs) on the Freename platform. Web2 domains and all other products are excluded.

2.3.4. This coupon cannot be combined with other coupons, discounts, or promotional offers unless explicitly stated by Freename.

2.3.5. The coupon code may be applied to multiple transactions during the Promotion Period. There is no limit on the number of orders per user, provided each transaction meets the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms.

2.4. Changes and Abuse

2.4.1. Freename may modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion before the end of the Promotion Period only for legal, technical, security, fraud-prevention, or manifest-error reasons. Any such change will apply prospectively only and will not affect eligible transfer requests initiated before the change is published, unless the user has engaged in fraud or abuse.

2.4.2. Freename may withhold or revoke credits, deactivate coupon codes, or exclude a user from the promotion where it reasonably determines that the user has provided false information, used multiple accounts to circumvent the promotion rules, used prohibited automated means, engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, or otherwise materially breached these Terms.

3. GENERAL PROVISIONS

3.1. These promotions are time-limited. Freename may specify start and end dates separately on its website or marketing communications.

3.2. Participation in these promotions is subject to Freename's General Terms of Service and Domain Registration Policies.

3.3. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and other Freename policies, these promotional Terms shall prevail with respect to the offers described herein.

3.4. Governing law and jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
